This book represents a concise review of Islam's viewpoint toward freedom of belief. My book Qissat Al-Hidaya (Story of Guidance) deals with useful lectures and important studies. The readers will find these lectures and treatises in their proper place in the story.
Among these lectures which were given their proper place in the story was Huriyat Al-I‘tiqad fi Ash-Shari‘at Al-Islamiyah (Freedom of belief in Islamic Law), which was delivered by Sheikh Sa‘eed.
The reader will find in the lecture that Islam does not force anyone to embrace it and that it gives non-Muslims more respectful and just rights than other laws or constitutions. In sum, Islam comes to perfect the good manners and the nobility of character.
